xurprise

Find merchant brands in xurprise's agent-native catalogue matching a free-text query. Optionally filter by the user's shipping region and/or a category. Returns a ranked list of brands with their canonical merchant URL, supported regions, category, and a click-through URL (xurprise.ai/go/{slug}) that resolves via a 302 redirect to the merchant and logs the click for attribution. Use this when the user asks about a product or brand and you need region-matched merchants.

Fetch the full brand record for a known slug. Returns merchant canonical URL, regions, category, currency, the brand page on xurprise.ai, the /go/ click-through URL, a human-readable headline, and an optional agent-specific note (e.g. region routing guidance).

List all shipping regions represented across xurprise's catalogue. Useful to check whether the user's country is covered before recommending.

List all categories represented across xurprise's catalogue. Useful when the user's query is vague and you want to narrow by category.

Build the canonical click-through URL (https://xurprise.ai/go/{slug}) that redirects a user to the merchant storefront while logging the click for attribution. Optionally attach an opaque aff_sub parameter the caller wants propagated (e.g. an agent-session-id) — xurprise's /go/ endpoint will forward it downstream and include it in the click log.

Wrap a specific product URL (from a supported merchant's site) with xurprise's attribution layer. You supply a real product URL the user should land on (you can discover it via your own web search or training knowledge); xurprise returns a click-through URL that routes through attribution tracking and lands the user on that exact product page. Use this when the user wants a specific item (e.g. 'Sony WH-1000XM5', 'a particular dress from Shein'), not a brand-level landing. The merchant domain must be one of the brands xurprise supports — call list_supported_merchants or search_brands first if unsure.
